Herbal tea brand Pukka and environmental charity the Eden Project are marking 10 years of partnership as they both reach their 25th anniversaries. The partnership began in 2016 and has used educational experiences and storytelling to communicate the importance of biodiversity and sustainable sourcing. This long-standing collaboration has enabled both organizations to raise awareness about the interconnectedness of human wellbeing and the natural world, promoting a deeper understanding of the impact of human actions on the environment.

The collaboration reinforces Pukka’s commitment to environmentally responsible practices. Research from NIQ shows that 83 per cent of British households now buy organic, indicating a shift towards more sustainable choices.

Pukka highlights its use of organic herbs and its ethical sourcing credentials, including the Fair for Life and FairWild certifications. These certifications support Pukka’s pledge for ethical trade practices.

Elle Barker, CMO, UK & Ireland, Lipton Teas and Infusions, said: “The partnership reflects what Pukka has stood for since day one: creating delicious blends made with high-quality herbs while helping to protect the communities, plants and ecosystems that make them possible.” As expectations around transparency and sustainability continue to grow, Pukka is committed to ensuring these principles remain at the heart of its business.

Pukka aims to use Organic September as an opportunity to highlight where its herbs come from and the sourcing standards behind every product.
