Peerworks is structured around three councils, each with about 15 members.

Zero100 has launched Peerworks, an initiative for supply chain professionals working on agentic AI. The program starts with members from Google, Meta, PepsiCo, Toyota Motor North America, Pfizer, and 20 other brands.

Peerworks is structured around three councils, each with about 15 members. These councils will study end-to-end workflows across supply chain functions. Their findings will shape a playbook on technology, processes, and people for companies aiming to develop agentic supply chains.

Bridging the Gap in AI Implementation

The launch reflects a broader effort to move beyond isolated AI projects and integrate AI across planning, sourcing, inventory, and service operations. It targets practitioners below the C-suite level who work directly in these processes.

The councils are organized around Zero100’s PowerThreads framework, which includes Signal-to-Plan, Source-to-Supply, and Inventory-to-Service. These workflows aim to bridge traditional functional boundaries.

The initiative addresses a persistent supply chain challenge: teams often work toward different goals and use separate systems. Peerworks aims to reconnect these functions through AI-driven workflows.

Practical Guidance for Complex Systems

The output will be based on the experiences of participating companies and their networks. Zero100 positions Peerworks as a response to the growing interest in agentic AI and the lack of practical guidance for large companies with established systems.

Olly Sloboda, CEO of Zero100, stated: “We built Peerworks to help supply chain professionals bridge the information gap that exists around agentic AI: lots of promise and consultant hype, but less practical guidance on how companies are successfully scaling. This is particularly true for large, complex global companies with existing supply chains that need to be rebuilt and where there isn’t the luxury of designing from scratch – there’s a legacy tech stack, talent and workflows. Our Peerworks Councils will deconstruct the 800-pound agentic supply chain gorilla into practical and realistic steps based on the real-time experience of the people who are doing the work and share it with the Zero100 community and profession at large.”

Peerworks was developed in collaboration with Zero100’s advisory board, which includes CEOs, operations leaders, supply chain heads, and technologists. It is designed as an industry-wide collaboration.

Connecting Perspectives for Broader Impact

The councils will focus on how AI systems can link decisions and actions across a broader chain of activities. This includes integrating demand signals into planning and sourcing decisions into supply continuity.

Santhosh Srinivasan of Google noted: “The full potential of agentic operations won’t be realized by individual use cases alone. By bringing different perspectives together, we can connect the dots and build a more complete view of where the technology can create value across the supply chain.”

AI Integration Across Supply Chain Functions

Peerworks will gather lessons from companies already experimenting with agentic AI and turn them into a working guide for the wider profession. The councils will meet throughout the year and produce a live playbook grounded in operational experience rather than theory.

Addressing Pressing Supply Chain Challenges

The launch comes as supply chain leaders face pressure to improve resilience, cost control, and service levels while managing aging technology and fragmented models. Many companies have invested in software for planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, but these systems often remain siloed.
